Home Chef is seeking a FSQA Superintendent to lead our Ready-to-Heat (RTH) quality and food safety programs. You will work closely with plant leadership, FSQA teams, and cross-functional partners, directing and developing the RTH supervisory team while remaining hands-on in operations to address real-time challenges.
You will drive continuous improvement across food safety systems, design corrective actions with the FSQA team, and deliver training on program rollouts.
