This role involves managing a high‑volume McDonald’s restaurant, ensuring that the operation meets the company’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The Manager works with the leadership team to set and achieve restaurant goals and leads a team of Department Managers who oversee everyday operations.

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them.
• Guide and support Department Managers by setting their goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching to improve performance.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team.
• Maintain operational excellence across all departments, ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Previous managerial experience running high‑volume quick‑service restaurants or in hospitality or retail.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire a team.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in a corporate‑owned restaurant.
• Ability to set clear goals, manage staff, and maintain high standards of service.
