• Service and installation of major components for new to include equipment for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Residential and light commercial
• Metal duct work
• Manage and train assistants
• Planning, preparation and performance
• Customer service skills
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Professional Communication

• Previous experience in HVAC for both residential and commercial
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and line voltage
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Metal duct work experience
• 3 years lead position experience a must
