Position: 1 Shift Warehouse Selector

Distribution Center Address: 1500 N River Road, Lithia Springs, GA 30122

Pay: Starting at $20.29/hour

Plus, earn two pay raises in your first year. Earn more per hour for speed and efficiency.

Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, with Friday and Saturdays off

Shift: 1st Shift 6 AM to Finish (10–12+ hour shifts vary based on work volume)

• Handle selecting tasks in an automated distribution center environment.
• Stand on your feet for about 10 hours per shift and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Work in freezer environments as required.
• Follow training from our dedicated training team to complete job duties.
• Operate and read pick lists, labels, scanners, and signage to ensure accurate order processing.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, and related information).
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

• Must be able to work in extreme cold or hot conditions as required by frozen product handling.
