DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide life‑saving dialysis care in an outpatient center. You will work with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other clinicians to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care to patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

• Direct patient care: spend the majority of the day in one‑on‑one dialysis treatment, ensuring safe, comfortable, and hygienic care.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, measuring vital signs, recording observations, and managing hemodialysis machine setup.
• Work with multiple patients each day and educate them about kidney dialysis and related topics.
• Collaborate with a cross‑functional team and work under the supervision of a RN.
• Float to various clinics during and after training, and assist with flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to enter the health care field and care for others.
• Comfortable working around blood, needles, acid or bicarbonate solutions.
• Physical and mental stamina for long shifts of 12+ hours on feet.
• Willingness to train across multiple clinics within the territory.
• Healthcare experience is a plus (e.g., CHM, CHT, CNA, CMA, phlebotomy).
• No dialysis experience required.
