Experienced Caregiver OK Pets in Lithonia

Description of the Role:
Always Best Care Senior Services – Atlanta/Buckhead is seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to provide high-quality care for seniors in the Lithonia area. This is a part-time position (16 hours per week), ideal for someone who is dependable, patient, and passionate about helping seniors maintain dignity and independence in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Offer reminders for medication as needed
• Support daily living activities such as light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Monitor client safety and report any concerns to the care team

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a caregiver (professional or private)
• CPR and First Aid certification (required)
• Clear TB test or chest X-ray (required)
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• Ability to handle emergency situations with professionalism
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
