• Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently to transport aggregate materials.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment readiness.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Assist with basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.

• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and responsibly.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs.

This role involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions and requires physical activity, including climbing, lifting, and extended periods of sitting while operating equipment.

• $21.94 to $25.96 per hour
