Overview
The Team Member delivers over the top guest experience while working in a variety of roles within the restaurant. Whether acting as the “Grill Guru”, the “Fry Fanatic”, or “Guest Service Specialist”, they are focused on hot, fresh, flavorful food, and creating happy guests.
Responsibilities- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by performing a variety of restaurant roles to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve hot, fresh, flavorful food in line with brand standards.
- Assist with daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Entry level; no prior experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task across different roles (grill, fry, guest service).
