The salary range for this position is $40, yearly. Compensation beyond this range may be considered, depending on specific experience.

- The dynamic nature of the live events industry requires flexibility to work overtime, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, as dictated by project schedules and client needs.
- Create invoices, receive payments and follow-up on past due balances.
- Facilitate account setup for new clients.
- Maintain accounts on vendor portals as required.
- Prepare and track intercompany invoices.
- Maintain profit center specific databases with sales invoice information.
- Provide custom reports and analyses as requested.
- Address process improvements as needed.
- The A/R Specialist reports to the Assistant Controller.
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with Quick Books. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel applications.
Ability to perform typical office tasks using a computer and phone in a typical office environment.
Typical office environment for the majority of the time.
