Warwick School District is seeking qualified applicants for a Director of Business Operations to join a dynamic team and collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Officer. This position will oversee day-to-day business operations. Serving a school community of approximately 3,750 students across grades PK-12 and supports an annual operating budget of $92.5 million.

Minimum Starting Salary$89,197
ResponsibilitiesAssists in directing the financial, accounting, and operational activities to ensure long-term fiscal health, strong internal controls, and full regulatory compliance. Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer, this position oversees daily general ledger accounting, monthly financial reporting, grant management, payroll administration, and state financial reporting, including state and federal submissions. Prepares year-end audit work papers and journal entries. Additionally, the role provides direct supervision to Business Office support staff.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or related field required; minimum of two years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial management preferably within a Pennsylvania K-12 public school district, intermediate unit (IU), or municipal government agency. Experience with CSIU-FIS, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite preferred.
Medical examination, tuberculin test, and clearances/record checks are required prior to employment.
