Title: Wholesale Inventory & Product Development Assistant Classification: Full Time – Overtime in the Spring and Fall Location: Lititz, PA

The Wholesale Inventory & Product Development Assistant is a unique position within our company thatprovidesan opportunity to work in an office setting, while also creating opportunities to get away from the desk and work in our Greenhouses. This position also offers unique flexibility during our slower seasons in the summer and winter months. Applicants interested in this opportunity should have a love for plants, while alsopossessinga strongskilletin office administration, particularly excel.
This position will require overtime during the Spring and Fall months butwill allow flexible reduced hours in the Summer (Details provided upon request). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage plant inventory in company software and verify database is correct by manually counting plants when needed.
- Assist Product Development & Marketing Manager in all aspects of our Garden Elements product line.
- Maintainaccuraterecords in excel database and ensure dataisreal time.
- Counting and organizing plants
- Collaborate with Growing team to ensure product is on time and available.
- Create inventory lists for verification when needed.
- Provide Administrative support to Product Development & Marketing Manager
- Provide administrative support forplant related marketing
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Willingness to do duties assigned with a quick turnaround
- Must be adaptable to changing priorities and varied responsibilities
- Able to work with and communicate well with others
- Ability to work well under seasonal stress
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Observe all company policies
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Any combination of education and experience thathas prepared you to effectively provide administrative support in a fast paced, highly organized environment.
- Computer skills are necessary to be successful in this position. Experience with MS Office:
Excel, Word and Outlook are required.
TIME REQUIREMENTS:
- This is a year-round position with varied timerequirementsdepending on the season(overtime in Spring and Fall, and flexible reduced hours in the summer while maintaining
FT status. - Seasonal (Spring and Christmas) Saturday work may be necessary upon request.
