Assignment Length

Approximately 16 weeks – Mid January through May 8, 2026

Typical Day as Administrative Assistant III
  • Managing and updating sensitive documents related to collective bargaining negotiations.
  • Supporting communication updates and ensuring information is distributed accurately and timely.
  • Coordinating logistics for meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining strict confidentiality for all bargaining‑related tasks.
  • Reporting to the Collective Bargaining Team Lead or Manager.
Ideal Candidate
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (preference for manufacturing support, but other fields considered).
  • At least 2 years of solid administrative experience, preferably in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent communication, organization, time management, and customer service skills.
  • Adapt well to changing priorities and handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Certified Administrative Professional certification (preferred, but not required).
