Job Description

Keller Bros Dodge Ram is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our service team. This is a hands‑on, full‑time hourly position performing vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs across a range of systems. We’re looking for a professional who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards
• Perform PA state inspections and emissions testing
• Address mechanical issues including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems
• Handle warranty repairs with accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate findings effectively with service advisors and team members
• Maintain accurate documentation for all repairs and maintenance performed
• Follow all safety protocols and dealership processes
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Participate in ongoing training and development

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
• Current PA State Inspection and Emissions License required
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Basic computer skills for service documentation
• Technical or trade school certification preferred
• Must supply a basic set of mechanic’s tools
