• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and standardize workflows across the National AMS team
• Define requirements, redesign, and implement best-in-class business processes and data standards
• Document and maintain procedures and business process artifacts for training and reference
• Lead training efforts and create client deliverables, ensuring quality and consistency
• Participate in working groups with national and regional representatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the designated line of business
• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to improve processes by refining efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of workflows
• Team player with the ability to engage with cross-functional work teams and leaders

• Experience working with an agency management system
• Ability to challenge the status quo and recommend business process improvements
• Demonstrates a bias for action and a commitment to achieving sustainable results
