Pay Range

The base pay range for this position is $/yr - $/yr, commensurate with skills and experience.

The Civil Estimator will spend their time communicating with customers, reviewing projects, verifying data and the scope of projects, and putting estimates together. The main responsibilities as a Civil Estimator will be to provide full estimating services on large and complex civil construction projects across the Earthwork/Civil landscape. The ideal candidate is humble, steady, logical, and eager to be part of a close-knit, faith‑forward team.

This person must learn quickly, communicate clearly, and handle multiple bids at once with accuracy and professionalism.

• Evaluate and analyze project needs to determine effective and efficient solutions that keep projects on budget and on schedule
• Identify resources needed and obtain project material submittals from vendors to prepare submittal packages
• Support PMs with change orders, pricing adjustments, and clarifying scope throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate effectively and professionally both internally and externally

• 3–5+ years of estimating experience in earthwork/civil construction
• Ability to read and interpret civil construction plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports
• Experience/familiarity with HCSS Heavy Bid software
