This physician will spend 50% of their time in the Family Medicine clinic and 50% in Sports Medicine. The position will be located primarily in our Parkesburg office with potential to float to other locations in the Lancaster area. The Sports Medicine team provides complete surgical and non‑surgical care for a wide range of conditions and injuries to bone, muscle, and other soft tissues, along with concussion management, nutrition counseling and cardiac screening for athletes.

School coverage is included with the sports component, with most time requirements during football season.

• Provide comprehensive primary care in the Family Medicine clinic.
• Deliver sports medicine surgical and non‑surgical services.
• Manage concussion protocols, nutrition counseling, and cardiac screening for athletes.
• Collaborate with physical therapy and ultrasound teams in the same building.
• Maintain school coverage during sports season.

• MD or DO, accredited by the Accreditation Council on Graduate Medical Education.
• Successful completion of a Family Medicine residency.
• Successful completion of a Sports Medicine fellowship.
• Board‑eligible or board‑certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
• Certification in Sports Medicine (CAQ) or eligibility to obtain it.
