Webstaurant Store is looking for teacher candidates to join our growing company as a professional within our Early Childhood Learning Center. This role focuses on the education of, and providing exceptional service to, the children of the employees of Webstaurant Store and Clark Associates and is a key part of growing our business.

Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement lesson plans aligned with PA Early Learning Standards
• Create a learning environment tailored to the needs of the students in the classroom
• Complete assessments and use assessment information to plan for the needs of each child
• Uphold high standards of learning and health and safety regulations (Including DHS and NAEYC)

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
• Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
• Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Experience

• At least 2 years’ experience working with children in an early learning environment, extensive knowledge of DHS regulations as well as NAEYC best practices and hold a current Pediatric CPR/First Aid Certification.

Education

• We value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else. An associate's degree or higher is needed if you do not have at least 2 years' experience working with children in an early learning environment.
