As an RF Engineer, you will lead engineering development, prototyping, design verification, and the transition to production on complex analog, digital, and radio frequency (RF) products. You will play a pivotal role in innovative product design and improvements, leveraging your expertise in electrical engineering principles.

• Work cross-functionally across the organization, including program management, procurement, operations, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, test, production, business development, and contracts.
• Create innovative ideas in support of internal research and development.
• Generate and implement improvements in product design and test throughput.
• Interface directly with customers and suppliers to support technical issues.
• Provide training, mentorship, and leadership to engineering and test staff.
• Research and apply electrical engineering principles and theories to solve customer problems.
• Support full program life cycles, including concept, specification, prototype, production, and sustainment.
• Lead teams of design engineers using established design and development process models, such as CMMI and Six Sigma for Design.
• Create, review, and approve Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Requests for Variances (RFVs).
• Support and lead systems engineering, software engineering, and mechanical engineering efforts.
• Create and update corporate and engineering processes and procedures.
• Perform other functions as needed to support the company’s goals.

• Bachelor of Science degree from a 4-year accredited college or university in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Prior experience with RF components.
• Knowledge and experience in PCB projects, including design of the board, schematic, and circuit.
• Proficiency in Schematic Capture and CAD.
• Must be eligible to obtain DoD Security Clearance.

• Experience with military contracts and environments.
• Ability to work on DOD level projects.
• Leadership and mentorship abilities.

Join a team of 7 other Electrical Engineers working on current and future Department of Defense level projects. You will work in both office settings and on the electronics manufacturing floor. Enjoy the stability of a growing military contractor with work and contracts scheduled out for at least 7 years. This is a 1-year contract-to-hire position.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LITITZ, Pennsylvania.

The pay range for this position is $28.85 – $28.85/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
