Job DescriptionPosition Overview
We are seeking a skilled Analytical Chemist to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with R&D and QC personnel to develop and validate complex assay methods for raw materials and finished products. Responsibilities include developing new methods, optimizing existing ones, qualifying and implementing new technologies, and ensuring calibration and proper performance of analytical instruments.
Key duties include writing and executing method validation and transfer protocols, generating laboratory documentation in compliance with SOPs, evaluating new analytical methods, and recording results accurately.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry or a related science.
- Proven competency in basic laboratory skills such as pipetting, solution preparation, and weighing.
- Advanced knowledge of chromatography techniques, specifically HPLC, UPLC, and LC/MS.
- Extensive experience in liquid chromatographic analysis.
- Familiarity with basic data analysis tools and knowledge of statistics is preferred.
- At least four years of experience in analytical chemistry.
- Experience with method transfers and validation is a plus.
