Physical Therapist, PT, Full Time (Lititz or New Holland) Overview
Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team in the Lititz and New Holland areas is seeking its next employee‑owner team member. Due to growth, we are seeking a Full‑Time PT who is willing to work in the Lititz or New Holland areas. We have several CCRC’s (Continous Care Retirement Communities) so this role can work at any of them.
Responsibilities- Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans while supervising the Physical Therapist Assistants.
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy school.
- Hold a valid or pending state license (or pending for new graduates).
- Experience in acute care, long‑term care and/or rehabilitation is preferred but not required.
