Overview
Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at United Zion Retirement Community in Lititz, PA is seeking its next employee‑owner team member.

🎓 New grads are encouraged to apply! We provide mentorship, training, and hands‑on experience to help you grow in your career. Symbia offers a robust Professional Mentorship Program for those starting out in their careers! This will be a PART TIME role with steady weekly working hours – must be available mostly weekdays and at least a Monday and/or Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants.
  • As a member of our interdisciplinary team, maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
  • Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
  • Valid state license.
  • Work weekdays – 3 to 5 days per week (flexibility on days worked as long as a Monday or a Friday is one of the days assigned).
  • Acute care, long‑term care, and/or rehabilitation experience is great to have but not always required.
  • Nethealth experience a plus!
