Rehab Aide

Are you passionate about helping patients on their rehabilitation journey? Do you enjoy working in an outpatient physical therapy setting? Come join our team as a rehab aide! In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations.

Position: Rehab Aide
Location: Litiz, PA
Type of Employment: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday (10-20 hours per week) (2 evenings per week until 7 PM)
Compensation: $14.00-$16.00/hour (pending experience)

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services, and support other center-specific functions.
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment.
• Play a significant role in specific areas of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.).
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment.

• High school diploma or GED

• CPR certification
• First aid certification
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center
• Health care experience1 Year of Scheduling Experience
