Entry Level Data Scientist

Overview

Our Consumer Manufacturing Client is seeking a Data Scientist to join their team in their advancement towards automation. This individual will be pulling data from multiple different sources including but not limited to Excel, Databricks, Power Query, etc. The Data Scientist will be building dashboards and structuring efficient semantic models for engineering metrics such as OEE, changeover, quality metrics, safety metrics, etc.

This role will be maintaining existing dashboards updating several metrics that require manual intervention, and working on upgrading the infrastructure from Excel Files, to connecting directly with Databricks, OSI PI or Aveva PI and Vorne for real-time information. Onsite 2 days a week in Lititz, PA is preferred.

$19.00/hr - $21.00/hr

6 Month Contract with potential for extensions

Compensation: $19/hr to $21/hr exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

• Pull data from multiple sources (e.g., Excel, Databricks, Power Query) and build dashboards.
• Structure efficient semantic models for engineering metrics such as OEE, changeover, quality, and safety.
• Maintain existing dashboards and update metrics that require manual intervention.
• Upgrade infrastructure from Excel files to direct connections with Databricks, OSI PI or Aveva PI, and Vorne for real-time information.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support automation initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Power BI and SQL experience
• Experience setting up dashboards and maintaining dashboards
• Experience with Automation

• OEE and changeover experience
