Mr. Sparkle Car Wash is hiring for a full-time leadership role in (Location) with a starting salary of $60,000 plus bonuses, benefits, and growth opportunities.

This position is designed for someone who’s ready to step into management, lead a team, and keep operations running smoothly while delivering top-notch customer service.

• Pay: $60,000 base + performance bonuses

• Requirements: Must have a car and valid driver’s license, must have prior leadership and management experience

• Team Leadership: Guide and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily workflow and ensure efficiency.
• Equipment Oversight: Keep machinery in top condition (training provided).
• Customer Interaction: Ensure every customer leaves with a 5-star experience.
