Job summary and context describe a growing Project Services Team, with travel up to 50% and responsibilities spanning field support, on-site coordination, and collaboration with the Project Solutions team.

• Function as the CNA representative during selected deliveries on-site at the customer’s location
• Perform receiving, product check-in, and inventory functions, ensuring the order is complete and resolving item issues
• Manage the work of 3rd party logistics companies and installers on-site to meet project requirements and customer protocols
• Provide front line issue resolution for project deficiencies
• Produce project recaps and retrospectives; identify opportunities to improve service offerings, efficiency, and profitability
• Provide project/delivery data and reporting as required to teams or customers
• Complete project walkthroughs and punch list reviews to ensure successful project completion
• Carry out asset inventory, measurements, and condition assessments of customer facilities
• Conduct periodic audits of 3rd party consolidator and installer performance
• Support Project Solutions team with coordination of installations, item research, and quote preparation
• Perform short term project work assignments

• Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing
• Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
• Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching
• Occasionally lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs

• Access to reliable high-speed internet (at least 75 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) and a home router/modem
• Dedicated home office space with quietness and minimal distractions; strong wireless or wired Ethernet connection
• Physical address required for equipment delivery (PO Boxes not accepted)
• Ability to work and communicate with team members via chat, webcam, etc.

• Customer-facing work experience is highly desired
• Experience in shipping/receiving and inventory control is desirable
• Role requires up to 50% travel, including overnight, plane and car travel
• Valid driver’s license required
