Machine Operator

Pay Rate: Starting at $18.33/hour
, with the potential for higher pay based on experience.

Location: Lititz, PA

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team on 1st Shift
. The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure quality products are manufactured safely and efficiently. This position requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• 1st Shift
• Full-time position
• Overtime may be required based on production demands

• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Set up machines and make adjustments to ensure proper operation and product quality.
• Monitor production processes and inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report more complex problems to maintenance personnel.
• Accurately complete production documentation and records.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and safety procedures.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attendance and reliability.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.
• Manual dexterity to operate equipment and handle materials safely.
