We’re currently seeking dedicated RN Supervisors for our skilled nursing Healthcare Center at Luther Acres (Lititz, PA) on a casual basis. We understand that flexibility is important, so we’ve designed a casual/PRN RN opportunity that offers two unique tiers with premium compensation, letting you choose what works best for your lifestyle. Details of the casual/PRN positions are listed below.

• Tier 1
  • Paid Premium Rate
  • 2 shifts per month
  • 1 Holiday per year
  • Includes:
    • Shift/Weekend Differentials
    • Holiday Pay
• Tier 2 (Priority Scheduling)
  • Paid Premium Plus Rate. Highest PRN hourly rate offered; ideal for highly flexible, experienced RN Supervisors.
  • 4 shifts per month
  • 2 Holidays per year
  • Includes:
    • Shift/Weekend Differentials
    • Holiday Pay
