The Professional Staff Nurse is a Registered Nurse and key member of the care delivery team, responsible for setting standards and ensuring high-quality nursing care. This role includes providing and managing care for a group of patients and their families through independent judgment, communication, and collaboration. With accountability and authority, the nurse fosters strong partnerships with physicians, healthcare providers, patients, and families to support optimal outcomes.

• Delivers Patient-Centered Care:
  Uses the nursing process within Relationship-Based Care to create holistic, individualized care plans. Demonstrates critical thinking in addressing clinical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
