We’re currently seeking dedicated LPNs for our skilled nursing healthcare center at Luther Acres, a Luthercare community in Lititz, PA. We offer: 7p-7a, 60 hours biweekly Mon-Fri PRN/Casual (Need less hours than above or a different shift? Still apply, we may have something to fit your needs!) • Supervise an assigned skilled nursing area. Designate tasks and provide instruction and direction in methods and techniques of nursing and resident care in accordance with established standards and procedures. Ensure that nursing care plans, charts, and treatment schedules are followed by nursing staff. Perform nursing duties following licensure scope of practice.
• Administer physician‑ordered pharmacological agents, therapeutic treatments, peripheral IV therapy, and hypodermic injections. Observe, objectively interpret, record and report resident’s response.
• Provide information/updates to nursing staff, supervisors, administration, physicians, and other disciplines as appropriate to coordinate continuity of care.

Our LPNs are assisted by Certified Nursing Assistants in providing care to our residents.

Luther Acres — located in the charming, historic town of Lititz — is a Continuing Care Retirement Community with a long history of providing excellent care and services. It is part of Luthercare, which is a not‑for‑profit, faith‑based, and mission‑driven organization. Luthercare provides a network of services through its full continuum of care with three communities in Lancaster County. Luther Acres is its largest community, with nearly 600 residents living across its independent living cottages and apartments, personal care apartments, and skilled nursing healthcare center.

• Current PA Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
