As a Business Development Representative, you will be making a difference every day by increasing brand awareness and sharing the SERVPRO story. You should be comfortable meeting new people, have excellent communication skills (in-person and online), and be motivated by sales goals.

• Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and effectively educate clients and customers about brand benefits
• Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships within your sales territory through daily marketing calls
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classes
• Utilize marketing software to document calls and track lead activity and opportunities
• Provide management with revenue updates and reports for your sales territory
• Achieve and exceed sales goals to increase revenue in your territory

• At least two years of direct sales experience
• Strong process and results-driven attitude
• Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is helpful

• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law

Note: The listed base salary is complemented by commissions on all jobs sold, with no cap—unlimited earning potential!
