** What You'll Be Doing
*** Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth across Aggregates and Hot Mix Asphalt product lines
* Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share
* Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
* Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform pricing and sales strategies
* Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to support business planning and performance tracking
** What Are We Looking For
*** Proven ability to build trust and influence decision-makers in a competitive sales environment
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
* Capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing market conditions
* Familiarity with construction materials or industrial sales is a plus
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a commitment to continuous learning
** Work Environment
