• $50,000 – $125,000 annually (based on performance and experience)

• A sign-on bonus is available and will be determined based on prior experience and qualifications.

Keller Bros Dodge is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate. • Deliver exceptional customer experiences with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Build relationships to foster repeat and referral business
• Respond to inquiries, highlight vehicle features, and conduct test drives
• Provide accurate payment quotes and financing options
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
• Assist customers with all aspects of vehicle ownership and maintain accurate records

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of sales or retail experience preferred
• Ability to pass state licensing requirements for a Salesperson License (PA)
• Strong written, verbal, and customer service skills
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems
• Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
• Physically able to perform job functions (standing, lifting, bending)
