The Electrical Foreman role is based out of our HQ in Lititz, PA, as part of our New Construction Group. A lead can expect to earn $27–$35 per hour, with consistent overtime opportunities. There are no overnight or out‑of‑town assignments.

• Lead commercial and residential new construction sites as a diligent, knowledgeable electrician.
• Install wiring and electrical equipment from rough‑in to finish‑out.
• Collaborate with leveled electricians and foremen to deliver projects on time.
• Read and interpret architectural prints and ensure code compliance.
• Manage material orders, electrical mechanics, and schedules.
• Communicate clearly with general contractors and other trades.
• Share knowledge with newer electricians and foster a learning environment.
• Maintain accurate job paperwork and follow Haller safety protocols.

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience as a foreman
• Associate degree (A.A.) preferred but not required
• OSHA‑10 certification
• Knowledge of and enforcement of the NEC code
• Strong drive for quality and pride in work
• Lifelong learning mindset
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Journeyman or master’s license desirable
• Proficiency with iPad and emailing skills
