Fleet Service Advisor
to join their growing team! AFleet Service Advisoris responsible for schedulingservicework and for selling recommended or requiredservicesto customers. The Fleet Service Advisorgathers and interprets information from the Service
Technicians and advises the customer andfleetcompanies as required. This unique and one-of-a-kind position also works with our busy internal service center; writing work orders for used vehicles and new vehicle preparation, preparing estimates, submitting warranty claims, and so much more!
- Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
- Submit estimates and invoices tofleetmanagement companies, including
Hollman/ARI, Emkay and Element - Explain the type and cost ofservicesoffered to customers
- Receive payments
- Investigate complaints
- Access and process information
- Maintain records and statistics
- Perform general office duties
- Dealership experience is an asset
- Sales Experience is an asset
- Fluent with computer and automotive systems
- Great customerserviceskills
- Ability to multitask and be organized
* Valid Drivers license is required!*
