A well-established general contractor clients in the Indianapolis area is currently looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to join their team. They’re seeking professionals with a background in commercial or multifamily construction.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
Oversee budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Lead and coordinate teams, subcontractors, and vendors
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and risk mitigation
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications:
Ideally 4+ years of construction experience preferably in commercial or multifamily
Strong knowledge of construction methods and project management practices
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
