Overview

Recruitment Development Manager - GRC India@Akkodis/Modis (The Adecco Group)

Responsibilities
  • Supplier Change Notification (SCN) – manage change impact assessment, internal/external communication, and change implementation
  • Material Non-conformance Investigations – manage root cause investigation, risk assessment, and correction activities
  • Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR) – manage investigation, corrective action, and verification of effectiveness (VOE)
  • Supplier Development – manage supplier qualification, new material qualification, and receiving inspection procedure development for new product integration
  • Supplier Performance Monitoring – support supplier performance monitoring by creating performance scorecards
  • Supplier Maintenance – manage continuous improvement and supplier history file accuracy
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    Intermediate Level = 3-5 years of experience and Entry Level- 1-2 years of experience
  • Key

    Skills:

    Electrical Engineering, Hardware, Biochem will be considered
  • Preferred Experience:

    Background in Supplier Quality Engineering/ Hardware. Intern experience may apply
  • Education:

    BS degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;
    Master’s degree may be considered
Compensation

Rate Range: $36/hour to $38/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
