The pay range for this role is $10 - $28 per hour.

• Process payroll tax-related tasks and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with state agencies and work on tax notices and third-party authorizations.
• Manage multi-state tax experiences and filings efficiently.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with team members and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain attention to detail throughout all payroll processes and documentation.

• 2-3 years of experience in payroll tax processing.
• Strong understanding of payroll taxes including federal, state, and FICA taxes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high volumes of work.

• Experience with payroll tax filing and related project management.
• Familiarity with testing and quality assurance processes in payroll systems.
• Self-motivated with a consistent approach to tasks and responsibilities.
