We are looking for an experienced Shear/Stock Cutter at our Little Canada, MN plant. The perfect candidate would be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is easily adaptable, and is excellent at multi-tasking.

The ideal candidates would be able to work Monday-Friday from 3pm-11:30pm. During training, hours would be 8am-4:30pm.

• Cut raw materials from roll and sheet stock to required dimensions using sheeters, slitters, guillotine cutters, or other cutting equipment
• Assist with inventory handling and material movement as needed
• Communicate material shortages, defects, or issues to supervisors
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Inspect materials for defects prior to and after cutting
• Perform basic machine setup and adjustments as needed
• Handle a wide range of materials (vinyls, films, laminates, adhesives, specialty substrates, etc.)
• Measure, mark, and verify cuts to ensure accuracy and minimize waste
• Read and follow work orders, cut specs, and material requirement
• This position would also be cross-trained in our Screen Prep area (shooting, cleaning, reclaiming, stretching screens for printing)
