Tower Technician I & II

MCI is looking for hard-working, self-sufficient, and reliable individuals with experience in the wireless industry who enjoy working from heights to fill our Tower Technician I & II positions.

Our hourly rates for experienced:

Tower Tech I $21-$25

Tower Tech II $25-$30

• Ability to use tools or equipment safely and properly

• Must have experience with climbing & ability to use climbing gear and PPE properly
• Must be able to lift/carry 70lb
• Must have full body mobility: twisting, turning, and working for extended periods on feet
• Must be able to work at various heights regularly
• Have basic math skills & speak/understand English
• Ability to work in ALL weather conditions for extended periods of time
• Pass a Criminal Background Check
• Acceptable Driving Record & a Driver's License
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends when necessary
• Must pass a pre-employment and random drug tests
• Ability to work out of the state of Minnesota when necessary
