• Scheduling flexibility to support work-life balance

  • Monday–Friday, normally 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

  • Rotating 7 a.m.–3 p.m. or 11 a.m.–7 p.m. shifts approximately every two to three weeks.

  • Weekend coverage, with electrical currently rotating approximately every eight weeks.

  • Shifts are intended to provide predictable coverage and eliminate the need for on-call work.

• As an Electrical Service / Selling Technician at Hero:
  Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Drains, Ducts & Electrical, you'll serve residential customers throughout Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN, diagnosing electrical problems, preparing estimates, recommending solutions, and converting approved proposals into scheduled projects.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical issues, evaluate system conditions, and identify appropriate repair, replacement, or upgrade solutions.

• Inspect and scope electrical projects involving panels, circuit breakers, wiring, circuits, generators, lighting, and other residential electrical systems.

• Prepare accurate electrical estimates and present clear, upfront pricing to homeowners.

• Explain electrical repair and replacement options, helping customers understand the benefits, costs, and safety considerations of each recommendation.

• Use consultative selling techniques to convert residential electrical service opportunities into approved projects through honest recommendations and effective communication.

• Identify opportunities for electrical panel upgrades, circuit installations, rewiring, generator solutions, lighting improvements, and other residential electrical services.
