Schedule

Work a job that fits your lifestyle! Flexible schedule that varies based on your needs! Work a 4-3 schedule on a straight day shift OR straight night shift.

Job Description:

Possibility Unpacked

As a Thermoforming Operator, you'll play a key role in making K-cups for Keurig coffee makers!

Your Responsibilities Include

• Act as a safety leader and put safety first in all responsibilities.
• Support machine setups and line clearances – set up packing automation, help with tool changes, stage materials, operate a forklift.
• Perform quality assurance checks and make adjustments as needed.
• Communicate any defects found and replace with good product.
• Use a computer program to make sure specification, labels, and materials match.
• Follow the packing specification to pack, wrap, and label product before using an RF scanner to scan into inventory locations.
• Keep the facility clean by following a 5S schedule.
• Attend monthly training and follow all GMP and PPE policies.

• Have 3-5+ years of experience in machine operating.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.

Physical Requirements

• Able to work 8-12 hour days while walking, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and lifting.
• Lift up to 50lbs.
