The Operator role entails operating the production line, packaging, and/or ingredient blending equipment. The operator is responsible for ensuring efficient and safe machine operation, producing high‑quality product and finished product packaging, inspecting equipment and performing preventative maintenance; completing paperwork and data entry; assisting in the packaging area and cross‑training on other machine‑operation duties; coordinating production scheduling or BOM changes; keeping the production area clean and orderly;

and assisting in providing training or direction to other production‑line employees.

• All positions require a high school diploma or GED. Post‑secondary education is a plus.
• Food processing or packaging experience
• Understanding of food safety, workplace safety, and food quality standards is strongly preferred.
• Self‑directed and personally motivated
• Attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment while focusing on meeting or exceeding customer expectations
• Good team player able to work well with others and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Good attendance and performance track record.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Operator roles, additional qualification include:
  • 3+ years of food production and/or machine operating experience
  • Good knowledge of and/or passion for learning about coffee
  • Strong general mechanical abilities and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of food safety and food quality standards is strongly preferred
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Good interpersonal and service skills at all levels internally and externally
