Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-Time/Part-Time All Shifts

North Shore Health is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our team. This role is available for full-time or part-time shifts across all shifts.

Under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager or Director of Nursing, the LPN will:

• Provide licensed nursing care and coordinate the resident’s plan of care.
• Assume responsibility and accountability for assigned residents/patients for the shift.
• Monitor and maintain the environment to ensure resident/patient safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and oversee care activity performance.
• Follow all Centre policies and procedures, and perform duties as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act.

• Licensed in the State as an LPN.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Ability to use supplies and equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, medication cart, etc.).
• Ability to calculate drug dosage.
• Meets all health requirements imposed by law.
• Strong interpersonal skills—to relate positively with residents, families, volunteers, and other staff.
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English; basic computer skills and aptitude to learn company applications.
