Minimum Requirements
  • Education:

    High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience:

    At least 5 years in a related area. Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Logistics experience preferred.
  • Travel: 0–10%
  • Work Schedule:

    6 am–6 pm or 6 pm–6 am Monday‑Friday depending on assigned shift, may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manages and maintains inventory system; facilitates upgrades to related database and/or software under the direction of the purchasing or inventory control manager.
  • Assesses inventory reports and order patterns to identify items in need of automatic, recurring delivery.
  • Provides inventory reports to receiving supervisor and procurement teams.
  • Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made.
  • Maintains consistent stock of inventory.
  • Pulls and packs product based on daily orders.
  • Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
  • Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  • Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
  • Assists with periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) physical inventory audits.
  • Operates material‑handling equipment (e.g. forklifts, telehandlers, hand trucks). Maintains a clean, sanitary and safe work area.
  • Places materials at point of use in assembly and warehouse environment.
  • Maintains compliance with all OSHA and company safety requirements.
  • Ensures proper safety procedures are followed at all times.
  • Actively maintains 5S principles throughout work area.
  • Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
