Part‑Time Caregiver – Weekdays Only | Little Elm, TX (Denton County)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00–8:00 AM and 6:00–8:00 PM
Hours: ~20 hours per week
Start Date: Immediate / Flexible
Pay: Based on experience and Medicaid PCS program rate $12/hr-$20/hr

A local family in Little Elm, TX is seeking a reliable and compassionate Part‑Time Caregiver to assist an adult client with morning and bedtime routines under a Medicaid Personal Care Services (PCS) authorization. This is an excellent weekday opportunity for someone dependable, caring, and experienced in home‑based personal care.

• Assist with dressing, grooming, and hygiene routines
• Support morning and evening transitions with patience and consistency
• Prepare light meals and snacks as needed
• Provide basic mobility and safety supervision
• Offer companionship and routine stability

• Prior experience as a caregiver, PCA, attendant, or home care aide preferred
• Reliable transportation for on‑time arrival to AM and PM shifts
• Must meet background check and eligibility requirements per Medicaid PCS standards
• Compassionate, professional, and dependable attitude

• Morning Shift: 6:00–8:00 AM
• Evening Shift: 6:00–8:00 PM
• Days: Monday through Friday (no weekends required)

• Pay aligned with Medicaid PCS hourly rate and experience level
• Consistent weekday hours with long‑term potential
