At SYNERGY Home Care of Prosper, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Male Caregiver to join our team. As a Male Caregiver, you will provide top-notch care to our clients, assisting with daily living activities, and enhancing their overall quality of life. This is a part-time opportunity working 12-hour shifts on weekends, offering a perfect blend of flexibility and fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to our clients. Hoyer lift experience needed.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and mobility support
• Promote independence and autonomy while ensuring client safety and well-being
• Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and care teams to deliver holistic care
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff to ensure seamless care transitions
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records
