We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Male Hoyer Lift Technician to join our team at SYNERGY Home Care of Prosper in Little Elm, Texas. • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, using Hoyer lifts as needed
• Assist clients with transfers, ambulation, and mobility, promoting fall prevention and injury avoidance
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and manage medical equipment, as per client plan of care
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and care team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance clinical knowledge and skills

• Previous experience working with Hoyer lifts, patient lifts, or similar assistive devices
• Strong understanding of patient safety and fall prevention techniques
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physical assisted transfers
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse population
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
