Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Little Elm, TX for a Event Manager. The Event Manager will be responsible for selling, planning, coordinating, and executing events from start to finish. Daily tasks include meeting with clients to understand their needs, creating detailed event plans, managing vendor relationships, overseeing event setup and teardown, and ensuring all events run smoothly. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

• Event planning, coordination, and execution skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Vendor management and negotiation experience
• Leadership and team management skills
• Problem-solving and ability to handle high-pressure situations
• On-site event management experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
