MEDICAL CITY DALLAS is seeking a Pediatric Emergency Department Clinical Nurse Supervisor for full‑time night shifts (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.). The role offers a $15,000 sign‑on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care and coordinates nursing functions in the unit. The CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care, provides coaching & training, supports staffing, and fosters an exceptional patient experience.

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high‑quality patient‑centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts & leadership to improve outcomes and services.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance & engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of employment
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course within 18 months of employment
• PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 18 months of employment
• Trauma Nursing Core Course within 18 months of employment
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BSN required
• Minimum 1 year Pediatric Emergency RN experience, including charge/leadership experience
