Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesThis is a Full Time Day Shift position, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Friday, and some weekend shifts as needed.
- Provide leadership for social work and case management staff ensuring quality and integrity of care delivered.
- Act as the main resource for Case Managers and supervise, interact, and guide the team to ensure quality and integrity of care and alignment with TJC and CMS regulations.
- Work as a Case Manager on the floor with assigned patients, complete some administrative work, and assist with complex cases as needed.
- RN license eligible to practice in the State of Texas
- Associate Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience required, preferably in an acute care setting
- Supervisory experience preferred
